As in giving them a free copy of tiger. Thats illegal and prohibited from the site. I would recommend telling your mate to go out a buy a copy.

Actually you don't need a licence to install Tiger. It never asks for a SN/Key. The only thing thats optional is registering it on the Apple website.

I'm surprised a thread like this where people are asking about illegally installing software hasn't been closed yet.
