How to Install Photo Booth in Leopard

I added some .qtz backdrops and must have messed something up (I have done it before and it has worked so I know how to do it)

My photo booth will not launch, I want to re-install it from the leopard disc, but I don't see it in package contents.

Does anyone know how I can re-install the photo booth application?

thanks, just to be sure are you talking about the EffectsOrdering.plist?
