How to install Windows on macbook pro SSD/SSD setup?

Hey everyone!

I am to purchase a 13inch macbook pro for new years, and i was wondering, how can i have mac os in one ssd and windows on another ssd (optibay).

As a gift im getting 2 OWC 480GB SSDS with Data Doubler.

I would like to setup Mac Os Lion on one SSD and Windows on the other.

Questions :

1. How do i Install Windows on the SSD that will go in the optibay?
2. Whats a better Set Up Dual SSD or SSD/HDD?
3. Are there any cons in having dual SSD in 13 macbook pro?
