I'd like to know this too - just jb'd my iPhone and can see numerous topics saying that people have done this but I've been unable to find the 'how'

The last time I jailbroke a phone it was just use Cydia :confused:

Both of you are newbies to this so use the iPhoneExplorer or iFunBox method for now. You'll get into SSH later so don't worry about that.

You'll need Winterboard installed and you can download that through Cydia. Once WB is installed, plug your phone into your USB slot on your computer and open whatever program you downloaded above.

Navigate to var/stash/Themes.XXXX and you should see a bunch of default themes in there.

Drag your newly downloaded JB themes into the themes folder and then it'll show up in Winterboard.

Open Winterboard and activate the theme. respring.

@applerocks123 - I'd suggest you download iPhoneExplorer since you're a Mac
@Hermes Monster - if you're a mac too, download iPhoneExplorer. If you use a PC, get iFunBox instead.

Thanks guys I'll take a look (I am on mac). Is this software predominantly for themes or can you do other things with it? (posting from
iPhone so can't really check it all out)

Cheers!
