How to jailbreak iPhone 4 to 4.3?

Hey guys.

I'm currently running iOS 4.1 on my iPhone 4. When I jailbroke it, I used pwnagetool. Can anyone tell me how to jailbreak iOS 4.3 or let me know if there's even one available with it yet? I wouldn't be asking but I've had the worst luck with jailbreaking and I want to make sure I don't mess anything up.

Wait until the iphone dev team or chronic dev team releases something. You don't want to use that POS tethered jailbreak by whoever the heck that's floating around out there.

It looks like there is an untethered jailbreak out through PwnageTool now; can anyone instruct me on how to go about doing this? As I said above, I want to make sure I do this right, I've had some problems with it in the past.
