How to jailbreak newest firmware?

I'm running a jailbroken 3GS with 4.0.2 and would like to get some of the speed improvements that I read about in 4.3 it is I believe.

Is the latest firmware been cracked already and possible to jailbreak?
If not, is there a place that I can get an older firmware that is cracked, and still has those speed improvements I mentioned?

You can use Redsn0w to JB latest firmware. 4.3.3
