I've just put together a tutorial on how to Jailbreak your iPod Touch without Wifi, for those that cannot get access to a WiFi network but want apps on the Touch. It's basically a compilation of other posts and what not all put together in a simple step-by-step solution including downgrading, Jailbreaking, and installing apps, all with a PC (sorry Mac users).
