How to Keep Compose New E-mail Window on Top

Hello,

Is there a way to keep "New Message" window on top of all other open windows? When I compose a new e-mail, if I need to look something up and switch to, say, Safari or if I go back to the Inbox to look something up, it seems that the only way to bring the "New Message" window back to go to Window/New Message.

I know there is an app that does exactly that, it is called Afloat, but it does not seem to work with Mail in Mountain Lion. Can a shortcut be created for something like this or is there any other app that can keep the window on top of all other windows?
