I recorded a few videos of about 20 minutes long. Some time ago, they were automatically uploaded to the cloud and were no longer in my iphone per say. When I go to watch them, I have to connect to wifi so my phone can access them in the cloud for viewing. A few of these videos I would like put back on my phone so I could watch them without having to connect to wifi. How do I do this? How do I get a few of those videos back on my phone permanently? Admittedly, I'm not very iphone savvy and would be grateful for any help.

If you go to Settings - Photos, you can toggle the option Download and Keep Originals. This will download and store all photos and videos at full size that are in your iCloud Photo Library directly onto your phone.

Thank you for your reply. One last question, is it possible to select just some videos to save to iphone, or is it an all or nothing prospect?

If you disable iCloud Photo Library, then I believe you can use your Mac to choose what photos and videos you would like to manually sync to your iPhone, via Finder, using a USB cable or over Wifi if you have that enabled as well.

If you use iCloud Photo Library, you can't save just a couple videos in original format in the photos app to view off line. It's all or nothing. If you could store them somewhere else (VLC or another video watching app) then that would work
