How to kill an app

I need to kill an app but it seems impossible now. The gesture draw from bottom shows me all open apps, but there seems to be no way of killing an app. Anyone?

does not work for you? Works here like a breeze on any iDevice with 26 betas 😃

I was on the first version of the last developer beta last week, impossible. It works now after an update.
