let say . if i buy a phone in agent store and the seller say brand new
but that phone is already used couple month or wêek how do i know that phone
is brand new or not

thank you

the website is dutch and english. English is on the left hand side, dutch on the right.

I cannot think how you can tell if its brand new or not just from looking at it. Best thing to do would be to buy from a reputable shop.

If it's sealed in the box with the plastic wrapper, it's new.

It is possible to unlock a 3G iPhone with a sim card adapter available online for around $40-50. I've heard good and bad things, but it just depends on which one you get.

Also, if you can buy a broken/damaged iPhone, you can take it into an Apple store to get it replaced with a potentially new/most likely refurbished model (from Apple, though), for $200. So say if someone is selling one with a cracked screen for $50, you buy that, get a sim adapter for $50, and get the phone replaced, that's $300 + tax, and wouldn't have a contract tied to it.

Yah, just take it to the Apple Store and defraud them so we can pay £2000 for the next iPhone!
