iOS How to launch?

Can it be possible to launch Settings.app [of iphone which contains all settings related to device] using UIApplication--> sharedApplication-->openURL. I have tried but not able to launch it. Does there exists any other way to do the same?

There is currently (to the best of my knowledge) no way to open the Settings app in the SDK. There is no settings:// URL schema for example.
