Hi!
Is there any way to create a pdf or a txt with a list of all iTunes albums and song automaticaly?

Something like:

01- album01
-------song01
-------song02
02 - album02
-------song01
-------song02

You can open a TextEdit blank document, press Command-Shift-T to convert to plain text format, highlight all the songs in iTunes (Command-A) and paste (Command-V) into the TextEdit document. If you want cleaner formatting, you can paste into an Excel spreadsheet first.
 
In iTunes :

Menu bar : File / Print

Select : Print : "Albums list"

Click the "Print" button.

In the bottom left corner of the new window, click the "PDF" button.

Select : "save as PDF", select a destination, click the "Save" button.

This will create (not print) a PDF document with all your albums.
