I know this might be asked a lot but what I want to know is I have late 2012 Mac mini. I have 1tb hdd on that has os x and parallels windows and in windows have programs. Total used as now is 250 gb on my hdd. What I want is os x on ssd and the rest on my hdd. How do I just transfer the os system without copying everything I have and the new applications start on hdd? Please help
With info thank you

You're going to have to start fresh, your computer can't magically know what you want on the SSD and what you want on the HDD. Install a clean version of OS X on the SSD then simply move stuff where you want it.

Ok I understand that but I can't BC the stuff I have has serial key and I'm not buying another. So I'll just copy the whole drive
