You are here: https://locate.apple.com/ru/en/
(Just an example, can be any other non-English-speaking country)
But don't speak the local lingo. All the services have their home pages in Russian. Sometime a logo is visible stating they are Premium or Authorized, sometimes not. (I did non click on all the links in Moscow but yet have to find a Premium logo.) I'd really appreciate if you could search by 'Premium' only. I see in that way Apple would hurt its 'Authorized' providers. This system is bad for the customer, on the other hand.

Any considerations why I am better stick to Premium Service Providers compared to 'only' Authorized Service Providers?

OK, maybe it's just me but I don't understand the model: why on earth would anyone go for an 'Authorized' service provider over a 'Premium' (in an unknown country - or even at home) for the same price?

OK, I may understand that you may prefer the Authorized Reseller (aka. your friendly neighborhood shop) over the Premium Reseller(faceless big mall) to just buy the same sealed box of product; the small store may offer more attention and personal touch but service is different; you don't go there too often anyways to get to know each other (hopefully).
