I am using an iMac with Sierra.

I have a landlord coming over my place and I would like to start monitoring my place just to see of anything fishy goes on. With that said I downloaded SecuritySpy and will use a schedule recording for the period the landlord is over when I am away for the weekend.

I would like to lock my screen but prevent my computer from going to sleep and interfering with the software. I see that there is an option to prevent hard disks from sleeping but I do not want my hard disks on for the entire weekend. Is there a way to disable set an amount of time for the hard disks to stay awake or should I just leave it setting on and not worry about leaving it on for a few days?
