Has anyone figured this out? I have two screens and I'd like my Twitter App to me 'locked' to open only on my second screen - not my first. It automatically opens at start up but never stays on the other display screen.

Same with Fluid apps. The app always opens in the 'active' screen (with the active menu bar) instead of the 'last' display.

Turn on spaces

Launch the app

Click-hold the app in the dock

Options -> Assign To....
