How to log into Google Voice and Music but NOT YouTube or other Google services?

Whenever I log into Google Music or Voice, it seems to log me into YouTube. How do you log into a specific app rather than log in once and sign into every app?

For example, I need to log into Google Music to listen to some music, but then it logs me into YouTube which I don't want. If I log out of YouTube, it logs me out of Google Music which I also don't want. What gives?
