Sorry I apologise if this is in the wrong place but I am trying to find out some information about a domain name. I remember there being an address to find out the information about it. Does anyone know what it is?

Or in network utility, go to the whois tab and choose the whois host you want to use, type in an address of a website and bob's your uncle!

Of just use the whois command from terminal. It's one of the newer clients that automatically figures out the right whois server 99% of the time.
