How to Make a DVD from .AVI with Toast 8?

Hey all,

My question is a simple as the title. I have a bunch of .avi files and I want to know if there is a simple way (with Toast 8 or another program) to burn them to DVDs that can be played in a regular player. Thanks.

Yup its very easy. You drag and drop them into Toast 8 under Video part. It will them convert them into video_ts files which are what dvd players read, and then burn it for you.

just make sure your home DVD player works with DVD-R

test it in the OS X dvd player if you want.
