How to make a shortcut of a folder?

i want to make a shortcut of itunes/music folder so i could go directly to my music in 1 folder than going iTunes/itunes library/music (I'm a ex PC user)

how do i do this?

I'd just drag the folder to the dock. You could also drag it to the left side of the screen in a finder window.
