How to make a tutorial movie?

Hello,

I would like to make tutorials in my computer but I don't know how to record what's going on in my computer screen. Let's say I would like to record what I'm doing in my computer and talk while I'm at it... make a movie of it and use it as a tutorial. Can I do it with Quicktime or I need another application?
