How to make an image of a CD that has software for both Windows and OS X?

Is there a way to make an ISO image of a CD I have that will show up as an exclusively Mac OS X disc when I pop it into a Mac, and will appear as exclusively a Windows CD if I pop it into Windows?

I used that, but the image was only usable in OS X.

Data. It's one of those CDs that comes from college textbooks.

Sorry I went to college in the 80's to early 90's and we used over priced used books. So I don't even know if they put DRM on those e-books.
