How to Make Menubar More Transparent

I Just wondering...Is there any way to make menu bar more transparently, but the text still can be read to click it...Because its lil bit annoying, if you have great full HD background, but on top menu bar still get grey color...

You can check "translucent menu bar" in the desktop & screen saver panel. It looks like frosted glass and isn't transparent. You'd probably need to hack it in terminal if you really want it transparent.
