How to make Multiple NTSC to PAL coversion Toast Titanium 10 ?

Hi I does any one know if it is possible to create a DVD with files of different regions to one region(PAL) using Toast. When I burn files with the same region(NTSC) it asks automaticaly if I want to change the region to PAL.
However if I want to burn a NTSC and a PAL files to the same DVD it will not give the same option and will only allow burning of a mixed region disk.
