How to make my MBP read Spanish text?

When I highlight some text and then right click >Speech>Start speaking, my MBP starts reading the text to me, however it seems to work only in English. I need it to read a Spanish text (I've got an exam next week and wanna listen to it instead of reading it). B.T.W. I tried the voice over, it works but it's more complicated than highlighting and clicking start speaking. Any ideas?
