How to make my own SMS themes/tones for JB iPhone

I recently Jailbroke my iPhone 4.
I've been downloading a lot of themes and want to know how I can create my own SMS audio theme (don't care about other themes like icons, wallpapers, etc...just SMS tones).

Any help/recommendations/redirections welcome.

You can hack them onto iOS 4 but I'd wait till iOS 5 is out since it has native SMS tones (you add them just like ringtones). I'd especially stay away from Winterboard unless you're addicted to theming. It's always been a source of instability for me.
