How To Make Phone Call Multiple Lines IP4

does anyone know how to make a multiple call in iphone 4 , i try to call 2 people in a sametime that don't work , it show hold button , only talk 1 person then hold another line ,

after you make the second call and the other person is on hold, there should be another button that says 'merge' and that will join the two calls into one...
