How can I make a picture got my screen instead of zooming in when I set it?

You have to turn off the parallax effect in IOS 7.

To do this:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap on General
  • Now tap on Accessibility
  • Scrolling down, you’ll find Reduce Motion
  • Tap on this to toggle it to ON.

I have it on but still have problems. The pic I attached is one of them that won't fit.

May I ask, are you trying to fit this on an iPad Retina? If so, then the pic needs to be resized to fit. For the iPad Retina, the size is 2524 x 2524. Your pic is currently 2448 × 3264, which is most likely not helping.

No it's for an iphone 5S
