How do I make a scanned text searchable in Acrobat 7 Pro?

Thanks!

You've have to use some kind of OCR software, but that is often inaccurate and you'll spend a lot of time fixing the text.

This is probably not what you want seeing as you specified Acrobat 7 Pro, but Evernote is a fantastic OSX app which allows the text in images to be searched through and tagged myriad other cool things, it has been quite successful with hand writing for me, so seems to be fairly capable.

thanks for the reply bnut! :) actually i'm looking for other alternatives aside from acrobat 7 pro. :)

No worries kneeza, I use evernote all the time, it's a fantastic app and that functionality is only a fraction of its usefulness. Though I suppose if you're a minimalist this might be bad :p
