iPod touch How to make SIP calls with Fring?

Hello,

I just got an account for Fring a couple minutes ago, and its up and working with the WiFi. But SIP and Skype Out are not enabled for calling, how do I enable them? And if I enable SIP, how to I make a call?

Help would be awesome. Thanks.
