How to make sure I have my iCloud chain all set up and backing up and saving my passwords?

Hi there. I experienced the following thing - when I go to Preferences on Safari and uncheck the AutoFill usernames and passwords in the Password tab, I dont get any auto fills on usernames/passwords despite the fact I have my Keychain activated. Then I check it back in and I have this ---> (screenshot) Is all good with my keychain and is it properly backing up?
