How to make two accounts on itunes on one PC?

i have one laptop with itunes my nephew he use itunes.
and i also want to use itunes.
so two different phones using the same itunes.
so when i use itunes with my iphone all my information goes in my nephew account.
how to i make a separate account for itunes. so it don't mixed up with my nephew account.
