How to manage iphone apps with 5-icon/row in Mac / PC ?

Hi everybody,

I am trying to re-manage all the apps that I have in my iPhone. As I have enabled 5-icon rows and columns in springboard via iconoclasm. That's why I have no way to manage it in iTunes.

I have tried movement and it does not support 5-icon row and column springboard yet. It will be very exhausting to manage them via iPhone. Is there any software that enable me to do it in PC / Mac ?
