How to manually update Fallback recovery OS (FrOS)

Is there any way to update the Fallback Recovery "feature" Disk Image for reinstalling macOS (If you format/erase the ssd and forgot to write a macOS usb) On apple silicone.

Was sure I found someone saying Apple Configurator Mac-usb-Mac would, but forgot to bookmark and unable to track it down again..

Yes, I think you want to use Apple Configurator 2 from what I've read (I've never done it). You'll need another Mac.

Looks to me you might want to do a "Revive".
