with comcast rolling out that new 6 strikes thing in a few months...how can i mask my ip address?

Not sure what you mean by wanting to mask your IP with because of these new "strikes".. But are you seeking the aid of a proxy? That hides your ISP's IP address, choosing you a new one amongst a pool of others. If so, you should try Tor or Netshade, they seem to have worked well for me in the past.
