iPod touch How to merge music and videos?

Hey all, just a quick question, how would one merge music and videos together? (so it would be like the iphone where it says ipod) as in this picture...



Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
No need to be rude, i must have missed the instructions in the search i did before creating this topic. I found them just a minute ago. Thanks anyways.
