how to monitor battery life

is there a program i can download to monitor my average battery life per charge? or is there a stopwatch program somewhere i can download and monitor it myself?

iStatPro will keep track of a battery's charge cycles.

i knew somebody was gona say that.

yes i know there is a clock but i like doing things the lazy way.

and vanmacguy thx for the help but im looking for something more like a stopwatch type thing.

There's also coconut battery. It shows your battery cycle, current battery charge and current battery capacity. So I guess you can check your battery capacity every time you charge.
