How to move (copy) calendar entries on iPad to MS Exchange calendar

I have been using calendar on my iPad.
Now I like to connect my new MS-Exchange account to my iPad; the Exchange calendar does not contain any entries.
I also have an iPhone and a MacBook, both their calendars have no entries.

I like to move calendar entries on iPad to Exchange, so they will also appear in (exchange) calendar on iPhone and MacBook.
How do I do that?
