how to move icons in dreamboard?

Most themes have folders built in but i dont know how to move my apps to them. Like games, media, and what not thats built into it. I click and hold on a icon but it doesnt let me move it. ive also held down on the theme in the launcer for editing mode but it wont let me move the icons to the folders either
