How to move iPhoto from SSD to HD2

I am starting to fill up my SSD and i wanted to move my photo's to my 1 TB HD. I tried once, but apparently was incorrect. After the move, how do I keep all the new photo's off the SSD.

I just done this last week as I was filling the SSD up rather too quickly for my liking. Also no need to have the photos, vids and music on SSD when the internal HDD is sufficiently fast enough.
