Can someone please tell me the best way to move all my current iPhoto pics off my laptop to a new laptop - so that I'm ONLY moving the pic version visible in iPhoto, and not extraneous 'original' images of pics that have been modified?

I've burned my iPhoto library off on flash drives for the new laptop. But as of now, I'm having to go through hundreds of individual folders and cross-referencing between Original and Modified to find which is the actual, final version of an image I had been using in iPhoto.

Any way to, for instance, merge ALL modified and original images to end up with a list of only the most recent version of an image (aka, the actual one I had been using in iPhoto)?

Thank you in advance.

How many pictures do you have? Probably the easiest way to do what you want is to Select All in iPhoto's Photos window and then export them.
