How to move my data+JB onto new ip4 from old ip4

Hello i have my iphone 4 set up the way I want including all my jailbreak and cydia apps and settings etc.

My dad recently upgraded to the iphone 4 on his contract only to find he doesnt like it due to signal issues and the way it feels to hold so he is sticking with his 3gs.

I asked him if I could get his iphone 4 and I could sell my slightly tatty and worn around the edges one and give him the money, im using one of those online money for phones companies so condition isnt and matter when it comes to selling.

How can I swap all my settings and jb data onto the new iphone?
