how to move video from Ipod app to camera roll

I have a video that is stored in the iPod app under 'video'. I'd like to send it in an MMS and thus need to to be in the camera roll so i can select it to send. Is there an easy way to transfer this video from the iPod app to the camera roll without plugging it into my computer so I can send it in an MMS?
