How to not sync between iPhone & Mac desktop

I just got a new Mac desktop computer at work. I'm a little worried because when I started using it today, I see that all of my notes, reminders, etc. from my iPhone are now visible on my desktop screen. My iPhone is my personal phone; my computer at work belongs to the company and other people have access to it. How do I stop my personal iPhone info (notes, birthdays, reminders) from showing up on my work computer?
