How to open an INI file on iPad

I am getting quite often INI files via mail and would like to open them in any texteditor on my iPad.
Is there either any app that can do that natively or any hack I can assign the INI extension to a reader like Goodreader or similar?
My iPad is jailbreak so I can use tools like iFile to do some mods if needed.

Ifile has a text editor. Have you tried it?

No, because I don't know how to open the ini file when it is attached to an email with ifile.
