How to open .c4 (drawings) files on iPad?

Hello,

I've been googling around looking for an app that can open .c4 image files. I work in the electronic components business and I deal with military drawings in a .c4 file extension. In our windows computers we use Lucent viewer but I haven't been able to find anything for iPad or Mac. Is there any app that will open this type of file?

I guess I'm stuck with this one.. I guess we will have to keep depending on windows… =\
