Hello All-

I can't see how to open "Markup" on my iMac in either Photos or Preview. I don't see it offered anywhere in Preview menu or Photos (except in Extensions).

2010 iMac, OSX El Capitan v.10.11.6
Photos v.1.5
Preview v.8.1

In Photos I have opened a pic, selected EDIT and then selected Extensions and clicked on More. See screen shots. I then get an Extensions window to open showing Photos (Not Enabled) and above that Actions with Markup. Also, if I select "All" in the Extensions window it says " You have not installed any extensions". I thought Markup was already there & do see it available in the App store. I don't see how to enable Photos and if Actions is selected the markup box is checked, yet it does not appear in Photos or Preview apps to use. How do I get this extension, feature, to work?
