how to open .r00 file on mac??

I recently downloaded P90x, and I can't get it to open and its driving me nuts! I've tried everything...There is a flder for each different workout and within each file is a .rar file(which opens), but all the other files end with .r00, .r01, .r02, etc....I know this is part of a DVD set so I don't know if this has something to do with it..any help would be so great, thank you all in advance

Download http://www.unrarx.com/ and install it. Click on the .rar file to extract the split archive.

Just extract the .rar file with UnrarX app.
