I'm on the apple website and it seems like I only get subsidized options. I'm on family share and I want to buy outright, without Next.

Do I purchase the tmobile version or do I have to order through att?

Thanks

Buy the tmobile version, or get lucky and buy it at an Apple Store. They'll always sell full price.

Any particular reason you wan't to buy it without next?

If it were me I would buy with next and pay off after month two, but not sure if there is a legitimate reason for not wanting next.

Just don't want to switch plans I guess.

When will the unlocked version be available to order?

Buy the off contract tmobile version and stuff a AT&T sim in it. That's what I'm doing. It'll work fine.

You can pay full price at the AT&T store, as long as you are an AT&T subscriber. Can either pick one up at the store (if you're lucky) or pre-order one and have it shipped to your home.

Asked the same question at a AT&T corporate store today. Hoping to trade in my 4 and 5S for a full-price 6.

But is the off contract tmobile version unlocked? I would assume not since it has "tmobile" tagged to the off contract term.......? Could be wrong though.

I was on ATT's website Saturday night and there was a link for me to buy the phone outright.

WRONG. WRONG WRONG.

You can go with NEXT. You can pay it off in a month or two, or in a year, or more. You do not have to decide now.

The T-mobile version, if bought through the apple store, is unlocked. It comes with a T-mobile sim inside it, but just take it out and put in your at&T sim.

If you're going to pay full price, make sure it's an unlocked phone.
